I'm Natasha Silverman, a leading Sex & Relationship Therapist and Coach who has worked with hundreds of women and couples.

I'm an experienced, COSRT-registered and Relate-trained Psychosexual (Sex) and Relationship Therapist working with individuals and couples on the NHS, for Relate, and in Private Practice.

I'm also a Speaker, Trainer and Media Spokesperson, regularly writing and being quoted in the press as an expert in sex, relationships and mental health.

My passion is supporting women to reclaim their sexual desire, break the cycle of pressure and their partner's sense of rejection, and transform their sex life by un-learning decades of unhelpful messaging about sex. I love helping my clients to re-learn a real sex education through the latest sexuality research, sex science and evidence-based strategies for behaviour change. Sex On Your Terms is an 8-week group program designed to help you understand your body, your desire, and your relationships (to your partner and to yourself) - all while breaking free from the shame and pressure you’ve been carrying. Through expert guidance, compassionate support, and a group of women who truly get it, you’ll transform your intimacy and reclaim the connection you deserve.

 

What will you get from your weekly meetings?

 

1. Weekly Group Meetings

Weekly Group Meetings We’ll meet once a week for 8 weeks in a small, intimate group of women. Each session is led by me—a professional sex and relationship therapist—and divided into two parts:

Learning: Group learning where I’ll share expert insights, practical tools, and real sex education that’ll change the way you understand desire.

About YOU: Open discussions and Q&A where you and your team can bring your own questions, challenges, and experiences to the table.

 

2. Personal expert support

A 1:1 check in with me, Tash!

During the second half of our weekly meetings, I'll be able to bring my specialist psychosexual and relationship therapeutic coaching to support you with your personal struggles, dilemmas and problems around your relationship and sex life.

3. Friendship, Connection & Community

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s why I've created a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can connect with other women who understand exactly what you’re going through. 

From our weekly sessions to a dedicated WhatsApp group, you’ll build friendships and share this journey with a community of women who may just become lifelong friends.

The Syllabus
 

Each week, we’ll tackle a new topic to help you move from pressure to pleasure… and there will be homework to take away with you each week.

 

Week 1: You Are Enough – How to manage your higher desire partner during the course, and releasing the guilt, shame, and myths around being the “lower desire” / “problem partner.”

 

Week 2: The Truth About Female Desire – Discover thow your desire really works (hint: it’s not broken), embrace self-exploration, blocks and sexual brakes - and the science of hacking your libido. 

 

Week 3: Reclaim the Conversation – Learn how to communicate openly and confidently in your relationship - about emotional, physical and sexual intimacy - without worry of rejecting your partner, their conflict, frostiness or stoney silences.

 

Week 4: Build Connection Beyond the Bedroom – Explore ways to rebuild trust, closeness, and affection - emotionally and physically.

 

Week 5: Say Yes - and No - On Your Terms. Set boundaries confidently and rediscover authentic desire. You have more power to break this cycle than you realise.

 

Week 6: Reclaim Your Pleasure – Reconnect with your mind, your body, your sexual self, areas in need of healing, and rediscover what feels good for you.

 

Week 7: How to bring this new version of you and everything you've learned back to your partner and sex life.
 

Week 8: Celebrate and learn how to maintain this progress, take stock, and plan for the future.
